I went to see Tracey with feet, knees, hips and back pain. Tracey asked me questions then watched me walk down her hallway so she could access the problems. Tracey then made adjustments for inner soles that where in my shoes. I had weekly appointments for three weeks at which Tracey would make adjustments to my inner soles. I was looking forward to the information in the online Feet First course, but ultimately found the content disappointing for the price. Several videos had playback issues and missing content, and the written information displayed with some of the videos was not always accurate or matched to the correct section. I noticed that other students had reported similar technical problems months earlier and that corrections had not been made. Tracey has helped me with a few different issues with my feet the biggest being saving the nails on both my big toes. 2 doctors recommended removal but Tracey researched a new treatment that straightened the nails saving the them and allowing me to wear any style of shoe.
Tracy is absolutely amazing! Her assessment of my son’s feet was very professional; she explained the issues with clarity, love, and compassion. My son left encouraged and thankful she saw him. I have never seen a professional who would do their job with so much passion and spot on. We feel lucky to find her.
