I was looking forward to the information in the online Feet First course, but ultimately found the content disappointing for the price. Several videos had playback issues and missing content, and the written information displayed with some of the videos was not always accurate or matched to the correct section. Tracy is amazing. Her knowledge, expertise and approach to my foot pain from plantar fasciitis is unique and I am loving the journey back to a pain free life.
