I was looking forward to the information in the online Feet First course, but ultimately found the content disappointing for the price. Several videos had playback issues and missing content, and the written information displayed with some of the videos was not always accurate or matched to the correct section. Tracy is amazing. Her knowledge, expertise and approach to my foot pain from plantar fasciitis is unique and I am loving the journey back to a pain free life. I went to see Tracey with feet, knees, hips and back pain. Tracey asked me questions then watched me walk down her hallway so she could access the problems. Tracey then made adjustments for inner soles that where in my shoes. I had weekly appointments for three weeks at which Tracey would make adjustments to my inner soles.
