EDIT: Communication is key. If you choose not to do business, that is your prerogative, but the professional thing to do is state as much. Poor communication from a company is not a good look. Neither are emails from the owner asking questions already answered in previous communications. It gives the appearance of being unorganized. Watch out when they are on the road!! They are extremely poor drivers, taking a hard right on the highway from the far left lane to make their exit! Clearly not paying attention and endangering everyone around them. Hope they do better on the detail and construction of their projects!!!
