I recently coordinated a wedding where Addie and her team at From Scratch Catering catered the dinner for our client's wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Addie was proactive in her communication and was incredibly helpful during our final meeting together where we reviewed the meal choices, linens, and tableware. Holy. Guacamole. We used From Scratch Catering for a company meeting and everyone RAVED about the food. I don't think I've ever been to a meeting where people go back for so many seconds! We had the Spinach Bow Tie Pasta Salad (so yummy and garlicky), Fresh Fruit Kabobs, Potpourri Salad (colorful and delicious), Tomato Basil Soup (could eat this every day), a selection of beautiful sandwiches, and, my absolute favorite, the Macaroni & Cheese.
