We stayed at Windward Palms for 8 nights. Most important both Matt Lori and their team were excellent hosts. Responsive and helpful with any questions or needs. The home was stocked with all items we needed. Any requests we had, they were quick to respond and supply. The home was as pictured, clean and spacious. The pool is heated, several spaces to sit outside for a large family. 1/4 mile walk to beach access. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with friendly faces. Met Matt and Lori at an open house and they suggested possibly doing an Airbnb. I was skeptical at first but decided to try it as we had exhausted other options. By far one the best real estate decisions we have ever made. They walked my partner and I through the whole process. Helped us set everything up. It’s been smooth sailing ever since.
