Great experience here! I was able to book an appointment online with no hassle straight forward instructions. When I arrived for the appointment the nurse was a little behind (10mins) but for what I needed I was in and no out with no pain. The nurse booked me for my follow up a week later and it was great. There is a $22 fee but worth it as my doctor is 4.5 hrs away
I don't think they book appointments anymore.
This is an incredible service! Had an ear infection. Got an appointment the next day. Got the antibiotics immediately. Problem solved!
I first tried calling to get advice on an in person or online appointment and didn't get a call back. I then booked an online appointment to only be cancelled by them via email an hour and a half later to say it should be in person appointment. I tried calling again to no avail. A call would've been appreciated to adjust this to an in person appointment. They came highly recommended by someone I know personally and also by these reviews, and I wouldn't recommend them at all.
