I first tried calling to get advice on an in person or online appointment and didn't get a call back. I then booked an online appointment to only be cancelled by them via email an hour and a half later to say it should be in person appointment. I tried calling again to no avail. A call would've been appreciated to adjust this to an in person appointment. They came highly recommended by someone I know personally and also by these reviews, and I wouldn't recommend them at all. I absolutely love Kursten she is so caring and delightful to go see. She is more knowledgeable than most doctors I’ve met, and her bedside manner is superb ! She is a gem to ridgetown and the surrounding area. She is always so thoughtful and thorough with me and my daughter. She has turned a dreaded experience of going to the doctor into a delight a complete 180 for me a place I usually would dread, to a reliable expert I can count on. Thank you for all that you do!
