Carolina was absolutely wonderful. She has great communication and timeliness, which I found are both very important for your wedding day. I found that her ability to do hair is top notch, she can do really beautiful, elegant updos (which is what I wanted). You'll have a trial run with her, in which she will take your ideas and modify to your liking. The day of, she will be very efficient and timely.
