Alex & Nic were amazing! Detailed and timely communication before the service, great service and our carpets are looking so fresh! Explained the process to me and were flexible and did some grouting cleaning that we hadn’t discussed prior! Super happy - would recommend!
Fantastic Service – Highly Recommended! We had our mattress and couch cleaned by Alex and Nik from From Dark To Light Carpet & Upholstery Care, and they did a great job! Both were professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was spotless. The difference was amazing — our furniture looks and feels fresh again. Never having hired professionals to clean our upholstery, I didn't have a clue as to what to look for--let alone what to expect--from specialists. Happily, dealing with Nik and Luke was a totally positive experience from my initial request for a quote, to payment of the very reasonable fee, was totally positive experience. What's not to love about a couple of very personable and capable new friends transforming tired, old upholstery into fresh-looking furniture? Highly recommended. * * * * * Thank you Nik and Luke !!
