We hired FBTB last year around April because the previous company wasn't doing what we asked. It wasn't anything unheard of, empty the recycling. The first month they did it then stopped. It took emailing several times and threatening to cancel the contract to get them to just empty that container. I visit the office once a week and every time i was there i would get complaints about the condition of the office.
