Had a wonderful day there celebrating 2 of my grandchildren’s birthdays. All 6 grandchildren had an absolutely fantastic time playing here. We will all definitely go there again!
We came here For two of our grandson’s birthdays. The place and the staff were fantastic and all the kids loved it. We all had an amazing day. Would certainly recommend this place to everyone.
We had an amazing time at Frolicz Family Hub | Cosmo Lounge! The atmosphere was vibrant yet family-friendly, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The food and drinks were delicious, and the kids loved the play area. It’s a perfect spot to relax while the little ones have fun. Highly recommend for families looking for a cozy and enjoyable place to unwind together!
I have been sick since eating lunch here on Saturday, I ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce and received a chicken sandwich with very dry stale bread with the crusts cut off including cheese with no lettuce. There were no healthy options on the menu and my daughter ordered a hamburger and has also been really unwell. The children were playing and attacked by a boy whose mother was with a party group and had her back to all of the playing areas oblivious to what her son was doing. Had birthday party for our daughter here. The food was amazing and size of platters are very decent. There's room for improvement at the communication part. I had to chase them alot before party to finalise things. But everything went well on the day.
