Very Rude experience over the phone, i had one simple question of if he does financing and he rudely said "i take cash, check or card." Well that was rude and blunt sure but he COULD have went about it differently and i was basically yelled at saying "he couldnt hear me" these "nice" reviews are probably all made and done by his family member's or people he knows because this dude has no sensibility of kindness. Dont even bother.
Whomever answered the phone i also had a very unpleasant experience - rudely asking me to speak up (couldve said it without anger in his* voice) it was very uncomfortable. Whatever your going thru in life dont take it out on people simply calling you oh the phone - i dont know about you, but i dont want any RUDE entitled person touching MY vehicle. Smh.
This is a mechanic you can trust. I've been going there for years and recomending Frohs to others who also come back.
