just wanted to give these guys a GREAT review!! 😁. could NOT be happier with the recent customer service I received!! ordered an item by mistake for pick up - meant to order for shipping. I was out of town & contacted the store and with ZERO trouble or hassle they got my address and shipped my order that same day. There was an issue with my sookie earrings after me and the sweet owner have went back and forth with usps she and her team decided to send me out a pair of sookie earrings. Even with times being hard she made sure her customers were taken care of!!! This is exactly why I support them because this kind of customer service above and beyond. Also for those asking this is where my big LV upcycled puse was from last year! ❤️
