A terrible personnel to hire. Will not finish the job. Foul language on the job. No respect for your home. I do not recommend frogs, they are terrible. Worst people I have ever meet
Absolutely horrible, will take money and not finish project! Left with out finishing deck job, incorrectly installed pool heater ventilation, would show up when he wanted to. Job should have taken 1 maybe 2 week took over 3 months. Owner is a bully and will try and intimate you. I'm only giving them 1 Star because this won't let me post unless I do
Frog's Pool is a rip off and con artist. Mark Duncan took $18,000.00 and did $6,000.00 worth of work and walked off of the job and never came back. I finally gave up after a month of effort to reach him by any means I could. I now have to find another contractor to finish the work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR MARK DUNCAN. You will be so sorry you did.
