Scam artists, froghead took over $1k from me and will not refund. Buyer beware their products are garbage and the customer service is a joke.
I just ordered four days ago a stereo system from Froghead Industries still no shipping confirmation I wonder if I could pay extra to get it shipped any earlier. I just noticed that you can get it on eBay the same thing exactly the same thing for $30 cheaper what kind feel jipped.
Not having any luck with the shipping four days now is there any way you can let me know something by the way it's 30 bucks cheaper on eBay same thing exact same thing.
Well I tried to chat I tried texting and tried calling I guess I was just talked to my bank and get a refund I guess you people are probably out of business. I guess I should have known better
Purchased a unit designed specifically (per the website) for my sons sxs. Upon attempting installation found the mounting bracket supplied was not for the unit I purchased nor did it match the brackets illustrated in the instructions. The unit I purchased was a 4 speaker unit, the bracket was for a two speaker unit. I contacted Froghead and immediately got someone on the phone that instructed me I could just drill out the plate that I have, however the plate provided was not large enough to drill out so I was then instructed... read more
