Terrible service and communication If you are considering using Froggy's for your car repair I strongly suggest you reconsider. They put a "new" part in my moms car that has failed twice now. The owner refuses to supply proof the part was new, dodges my phone calls, and lies. While I understand dealing with an unsatisfied customer is never fun, he has made zero effort to rectify the situation, and he is the owner! I have been taking my car to Froggy's for the last 5 years after having a bad experience at another repair shop. The multiple repair jobs Froggy's has performed have always fixed the problem and the price is always great. He has fixed windshield blades for free and gave me an honest opinion on my current car and whether it was worth putting additional work into.
