We have been chasing this guy for weeks. Gives you the run around and then just stops answering. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!

Matt was recommended to me by a friend to work on my boat. I can't speak to the quality of his work but, I can say that his lack of communication makes me wonder how he even stays in business. I understand when one is busy but, that's what schedules are for. Telling a potential client that you'll get back with them and then blowing them off is not okay. Especially when it didn't just happen once but, several times over the course of trying to get on the schedule.
We are on a long distance trip and Matt helped was even though he was booked through the month. We had several issues with our Yamaha Outboard as well as some needed ongoing maintenance. I was most impressed that he stayed on top of the repair and communicated well with us to get us going as soon as possible. Highly recommend!!
