My 2nd experience with Frog Hollow Outfitters was as seamless as the first. The kayaks were at the launch site in plenty of time to be ready for my 9:30am self-guided appointment. I selected the kayak suited to my needs, Shalom assisted me entering the water at the boat ramp and he also assisted my exit. I was at Beaverdam today and met Jerry from Frog Hollow Outdoors. He is such a credit to the company. He took the time to help me figure out the valves on my new inflatable kayak. He certainly didn't need to as I was not a customer but he was so knowledgeable and really helpful. He was giving lessons for paddle boarding and I can see how he would be perfect as he's very passionate about what he does and so very kind.
My 1st experience with Frog Hollow was their sunset paddle last night. The guides had the kayaks unloaded and on the launch when I arrived and they were welcoming, informative and helpful. The water on Fall Lake was calm and it was totally relaxing after a hectic work week which I appreciated. The guides took care of everything; my only responsibility was to show up, paddle and enjoy the evening. I'll definitely paddle with this company again and look forward to experiencing different locations. I strongly recommend you give... read more
