I set up an appt. but then wanted to reschedule due to a dr. appt for my 18 month old. Left a message asking for a call back so I could reschedule. I have called 3 times leaving a voicemail. Called more with no answer and can't seem to get a response. Pretty disappointed as we heard great things about Frog Hollow Auto and wanted to keep local.

I taken my pickup out to Mike and his boys and each time they've gotten it back to me quick and each time they've gotten it back to me better than when I dropped it off and for an old truck like that it's impressive
