Definitely watch the field technicians that are sent to various job sites. Majority have no idea what they’re doing, let alone can even read rebar drawings. They have technicians who steal from clients and charge for time that can’t be accounted for. It’s super sad. I definitely recommend doing your research on other recommendable places.
