Edited: immediately after posting below, Dan reached out to me. He got my mower picked up, serviced, and back to me in 8 days. It looks and runs great! Very reasonable pricing, too. Thanks so much! Would love to pay them for services, but I've called twice and have been told they'd call me back to schedule a pickup for my zero turn. It's been several weeks, and no call.
