I bought a used John Deere tractor from Facebook marketplace and as soon as I got home and went to start mowing the yard, IT BROKE 😞. They were able to get my snowblower in and fix it up in time for the big storm. They were kind and polite. When I picked it up they helped me load it in my car and even showed me how to use it. My husband also says they have the best hold music! 10 out of 10 recommend!!
My experience with Froehlich repair is well below a 1 star. I dropped my chainsaw off on September 25,2025 I explained what it was doing and the gentleman said that it would be 1 to 2 weeks. On October 9th 2 weeks later I stopped by and my chainsaw was at the bottom of a pile of weed Wackers. They had not even looked at it. The gentleman said they were busy and to give them another week. Edited: immediately after posting below, Dan reached out to me. He got my mower picked up, serviced, and back to me in 8 days. It looks and runs great! Very reasonable pricing, too. Thanks so much! Would love to pay them for services, but I've called twice and have been told they'd call me back to schedule a pickup for my zero turn. It's been several weeks, and no call.
