This is probably the best hospital I’ve ever been to . My mom was in for a day surgery procedure & the staff provided outstanding care . From the front desk receptionist to the nurses/doctors everyone did an amazing job taking care of my mom . Such a clean professional environment. 10/10 I’d surely recommend this hospital. Thank you all for providing quality service.
If you have to go to the ER then this is the place to go (light years better than Hartford, totally worth the extra drive. I'd still be in the waiting room if i went to Hartford no joke). Hospital staff here at Froedert are very efficient, friendly and make you feel heard. The staff really feels like they love their jobs and are happy to be taking care of you. Not to bash Hartford again but their staff can make you feel like shit and like you have no choice but to wait for ever for basic care and this visit would have taken ... read more
I will never use this hospital again. My fiance had a life crisis while we were at the Indy 500. I put him in an Indiana hospital where a plan was developed for his care They could not find a high level short term facility there so I transferred him here to West Bend. I spoke to his primary care doctor, surgeon and hospital in advance. I got here at 6 pm. He was in a hospital gown and they made him wait 10 minutes to triage. The triage nurse was rude. People Actually Left THE ER to go to different Hospitals ER. EVERY PERSON IN WAITING ROOM, HAD ALL BAD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS HOSPITAL.
