Really great experience with the lab staff. I went as a walk in and had very little wait time the blood draw was pretty seamless and I was on my way.
Had to go for an CT Scan. First time here. Checked in, waited just a few minutes. Greeted by a friendly tech, who explained the procedure, and was patient with questions. Only took 10 minutes and I was done. The only issue I had was that I like to get my actual images, and some places will burn you a CD. This location does not have that capability, so you have to complete an online Medical Records Request form, then wait, potentially weeks to get your images. Excellent lab! Easy parking, check-in and most importantly: the phlebotomist Samantha was amazing. Didn't feel a thing, even after 5 vials. Not one bit. And I hate needles. She got me a juice right away to help me not feel light-headed. Thank you Samantha :)
Quick and efficient
I was an IV drug addict for many years (sober since March 2017; I'm writing this July 2022), so believe me when I say that the phlebotomists at Tosa Health Center are MAGICAL! They always draw my blood quickly and painlessly--and THAT is a feat--and they never act holier-than-thou when they see the battlefield that is my arms. These ladies are really special. Thank you for being wonderful <3
