The ER department is trash
My mother had wonderful care at Froedtert West Bend Hospital! She was admitted through the ED and stayed in patient for 2 nights. Nurses, hospitalist and staff were great, very knowledgeable and compassionate.
This is a horrible place to have a baby. I had my doubts and fears for months but convinced myself that this location has to be better than the ones in Milwaukee.. wrong! They expect you to just be up and ready for their drill sergeant like nurses to come in and watch you, in excruciating pain in my case, to be experts in taking care of your baby and if you don't follow everything they say they will break you down and make you already feel like a failure as a parent, especially if you have been labeled as a former anything, ... read more
Whent here for a blood drive and the blood drive guys where great but apparently froedtert dose not care about the blood shortage cramming them on to a tiny room where they could only draw 2 people at a time and the room was off in some small corner of the hospital. Crazy to think that a hospital would act this way no signs barely told any staff. What a embarrassment
