I want to start by addressing my experience with the receptionist on the third floor. Unfortunately, she was very dismissive and did not provide the level of hospitality or compassion I would have expected. I came in on Thursday, 8/6, in the afternoon. The male staff member who checked me in was extremely kind, attentive, and willing to listen to my concerns, which I genuinely appreciated. I went to 3 different walk in clinics before coming to this one. I am very impressed by their staff, attentiveness to my children and myself needs. They gave us the care we needed immediately with out thinking twice. I will be coming back here again before going anywhere else.
