All my experiences have been very disappointing and very disrespectful. If you do not know how to treat people don’t work in healthcare. Even some of these doctors are disrespectful and not helpful whatsoever. Very disappointed we call these people “heroes” some of them do not deserve to be called that.
My 2 daughters have their dr at another hospital. But if we need any care quickly they beg to go here instead! Lloyd is their favorite, he truly has a caring way with them and includes them, they love that. They feel so comfortable here.
This review is for only to the terrible Xray tech that flung my 2 year old daughter around like she was a rag doll, nearly dislocating her arms from her sockets. Instead of taking proper protocol to restrain her for imaging. My daughter has bruising along her wrists. She should be fired. But thank you to the kind nurse with the purple eye liner, she was pleasant.
I have a disability, and I have a medical service animal who is trained to provide me a number of services to help me through my daily life. Mainly she alerts and assists me with my condition. On 08/27/24 I had an appointment at the somers clinic was bombarded with demands to show documentation and shot records, repeatedly asked to leave and not only embarrassed but humiliated in front of all the other patients in the waiting room.
