The front end staff and medical staff are kind and professional, but the clinic and Froedtert in general are disorganized, clumsy with diagnosis/billing codes, and quick to send you to another department for an issue- who in turn sends you back to where you came from. When calling their billing department, you can tell they are working from home because of the background noise. They did not comply with my insurance company's requests for documents, they ignored them.
The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to my concerns.
I am having terrible R knee pain. I don’t have a lot of money and need my knee to function so I can work. PA at this clinic recommended an MRI, had one done, then went to Dr Limoni at the Manitowoc campus to review the MRI. Dr Limoni recommended Orthovisc injections and sent me home with a shiny pamphlet about Orthovisc. Orthovisc is done in a series of 3 injections. I researched Orthovisc and decided to do it.
