My husband started going here in December to get established with a new primary doctor. He had been sick the initial time, so the plan of action was to get him treated for that first and then January, this month, he’d then establish care . First I was not informed the NP I was seeing there left. I found out when I needed meds refilled. The person looked at my records & said a letter was NEVER sent to me. I've set my preferred communication up via my chart. I never received a message there either.
