Quality patient care is certainly lacking. I'm grateful that they gave me my son in 2023, but even the IVF process when it came to him was flawed. I had different doctors for every single appointment even though I requested my primary one as I wasn't the fondest of some of my other choices. When we decided to go back this year for another transfer the embryologist said we had extra embryos in storage than we truly did. I do not recommend this place at all. Please look for other options. My experience was extremely disappointing—impersonal treatment, lack of compassion, and very unprofessional behavior from the finance department. After four failed IVF attempts and many unpleasant interactions, I can honestly say this was the worst clinic experience I’ve ever had.
