This was My first MRI and everything was, honestly,…. Perfect! The entire staff, from reception to the MRI suite was professional, easy to talk to, and cheerful. Everyone here seems to enjoy their job, which in turn, made my experience enjoyable. I want to thank Thong and Sam especially for making me comfortable during my scan. 10 star service to Rayus Oak Creek!!!

Everyone to there was fantastic, from the front desk to the technicians. I am extremely claustrophobic and was having a difficult time. They were so patient, kind, understanding, and helpful. They got me through it. It has been 12 days since my MRI and I still don’t have the results. I only recommend going there if you don’t need timely results. I will likely go back to MH Imaging next time as I received my results the next day.

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this facility. Everything about the process was deliberate and centered on my safety and accuracy of the results. When I first walked in everything was neat and tidy. No weird notes stuck up everywhere and the staff was very helpful. If I needed anything they made themselves available.
