Everyone to there was fantastic, from the front desk to the technicians. I am extremely claustrophobic and was having a difficult time. They were so patient, kind, understanding, and helpful. They got me through it. I highly recommend going there if you are in need of an MRI.
I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this facility. Everything about the process was deliberate and centered on my safety and accuracy of the results. When I first walked in everything was neat and tidy. No weird notes stuck up everywhere and the staff was very helpful. If I needed anything they made themselves available.
I had an MRI on Thursday 4/25/24 at 8:10 am. It is now Thursday, 5/2/24 and still no results. I spoke to my Dr.'s office who ordered the MRI. They also can't see any results. I'm suppose to have a procedure tomorrow. When I called Rayus to question why I don't or the dr doesn't have results yet, the receptionist told me they are short on radiologists and they would send a message to them stating that the results are needed. I'm sure that won't do much good as I called yesterday & was told the same thing but still no results ... read more
I will definitely 100% go here for any futures scans I may need. The receptionists were very welcoming and my technician was attentive and very nice. The facility is spotlessly clean! I was really impressed with the overall atmosphere here. My scans were done in the morning and I had the results by dinner.
