Hands down the best place. My tech made it so comfortable . My anxiety is usually so high but I was so relaxed. Thank you to the wonderful stuff . They all are amazing 🤩
I had to go for an MRI and my experience was very positive. The techs were completely amazing. I have severe claustrophobic issues, and this experience did not freak me out at all.. The tech did amazing job coaching me through everything and keeping me updated during the MRI, which was super helpful. If you have a tendency to get scared going for an MRI, I would definitely recommend this place because it will be a very easy process for you!
This was My first MRI and everything was, honestly,…. Perfect! The entire staff, from reception to the MRI suite was professional, easy to talk to, and cheerful. Everyone here seems to enjoy their job, which in turn, made my experience enjoyable. I want to thank Thong and Sam especially for making me comfortable during my scan. 10 star service to Rayus Oak Creek!!!
Everyone to there was fantastic, from the front desk to the technicians. I am extremely claustrophobic and was having a difficult time. They were so patient, kind, understanding, and helpful. They got me through it. It has been 12 days since my MRI and I still don’t have the results. I only recommend going there if you don’t need timely results. I will likely go back to MH Imaging next time as I received my results the next day.
