Let me preface this by saying that I understand doctors are busy, and they have their Nurse Practioners help with the load. So when you schedule an appointment, if you are seeing the NP they tell you and put the name of who you are seeing on the appointment. That being said, I came in to see the Doctor, and my appointment listed me as seeing him. His NP came in the office, did the whole visit, and then dismissed me. I said no, my appointment says I am seeing the doctor. I was told he was not even in the office that day. Fine... read more
Extremely disappointing experience. The doctor did not listen to my concerns, repeatedly interrupted me, and dismissed symptoms I was actively trying to explain. I felt talked over the entire appointment. When I asked questions so I could understand my own health, he became impatient and condescending. He also made assumptions about my symptoms instead of actually letting me finish a sentence. I left the appointment feeling unheard, judged, and completely unsupported.
