Worst drive thru experience. The first car was there for 20 minutes. 5 other cars behind. I finally had to drive off. If you are experiencing a problem with the first customer have them move ahead and deal with it. Then take the next customer. What a waste of somebody's time.
The African American lady at the reception on the 5th floor is an absolute angel! She always has a warm smile and goes out of her way to help people. Today, she made my day by taking the time to copy my insurance card, which was on a large piece of paper, and cutting it down so it could fit neatly into my wallet. It was such a small act of kindness, but it made a huge difference for me. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly stand out. Exceptional service and a wonderful person!
