I had to get an injection for a pinched nerve. This was my 3rd injection, but first with this provider. After leaving me wait in an awkward position for 20 minutes because they couldn't find the doctor, they charge me FIVE TIMES what the previous two injects had cost.
The physical therapist department/receptionist at the Sport and Spine center in Menomonee Falls is my only complaint about Froedtert. Had wonderful experiences in every other department after my surgery. It was so bad I ended up going with a non-Froedtert site that was in my health insurance network. I have 3 complaints over the physical therapy department. 1. The receptionist/intake person was rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic for their month's wait list. 2.
