My family and I have been to this urgent care a handful of times and have always had a positive experience. Today I saw Anne Amani to address some GI issues and she was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!
Was there for 2 hours. No one else was there, the nurse practitioner is useless. Didn’t know how to flush out an eye to get a piece of metal out. Ended up having to go to the ER who got it done in less than 30 minutes.
The worst urgent care I have ever visited the front staff was very rude I was treated as if I was bothering her while I was asking questions. The medical assistant who came out to get me did not greet me she just walked right in again as if I was bothering her because she had to work. The nurse practitioner who helped me was amazing. I would not recommend the urgent care
I dread going here. It takes them forever to get back to you with results. People aren’t very friendly. Just ugh.
