I scheduled an appointment time on MyChart and was taken in within 20 minutes of the scheduled time. The receptionist was kind and concerned about me. There were about 8 other people in the waiting room. The nurse was sweet. I didn't wait long in the exam room until Dr. Canga came in. She was very thorough and listened to all my concerns. Visited today. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Wait time wasn't bad for a Saturday! The nurse practitioner we saw did a great job with her exam and getting us the diagnostics we needed. Thanks for the great care! The only reason I am not giving the 5th star was because when we called to find out whether the medical issue we were facing warranted an ER visit vs urgent care, we were told they couldn't say because that would be "giving medical advice over the phone." My family and I have been to this urgent care a handful of times and have always had a positive experience. Today I saw Anne Amani to address some GI issues and she was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!
