I was using OTC medication and it was always hit and miss. I already use the ortho molecular products for some of my other supplements and was recommended the D hist by Erin. I started with 3 caps twice a day for 3 days, then 1 cap twice a day for another week and a half, then 1 a day for another week, then had 3 left and did those mwf the last week. I am very happy with their quick service. Also their help-fullness when I have a question or advice, on the phone or in person. They are all very friendly. If I call in for a renewal they will let me know by text that it is ready. Keep up the .good work!
