Very convenient and centrally located. Ease of making an appointment time which needs to be done because more staff must be hired. Great providers!
Sent away even tho they were not busy AND no warning on the website that APPOINTMENTS are needed. Waited around & was then told to go away because they were booked up for the day. If that is the case, make it CLEAR that it's appt only on the front door and on the website. And ask FIRST THING when someone arrives so they don't waste time. I am glad I left my hospital (that I worked at) when they were sold to Froedert bc I'd be embarrassed to be part of that system.
This Fastcare shouldn’t even be open. I was belittled, insulted and made to feel like an idiot. Right on the website it claims to treat upper respiratory issues. She claimed the just by hearing my cough that I probably had pneumonia or Covid. After tearing up and walking out I went to another urgent care where he listened to my lungs said they were clear and sent me home with some cough medication and steroids. Great place to go if you need to go to the doctor. Very honest,kind people that actually care and listen to you. 10 out of 10!!
This company should be embarrassed to have someone like Barbara working for them. From the moment I walked in this woman was unapologetically rude. It was about noon and I tried to take my son who was having asthma problems to be seen. We walked in and the auto lights were off but I heard someone in the back office. We waited 10 minutes before I walked by her office to ask her if she could help us. She rolled her eyes and asked if I had an appointment.
