This used to be my go to place. But I just cannot do it anymore. I noticed when I would check in online and save my spot, that they would take walk ins before us. Happened often. In people with similar symptoms, nothing crazy. Obviously if the person had a worse issue, they need to go first, but that wasnt the case 95% of the time. UPDATE: I was here twice in 2 weeks for myself & Grandson. Both times were very good experiences! The longest I waited was 20min & that was on a holiday. Prompt care that was handled professionally & with much courtesy. I am very happy this facility is in our area! I had less than a 10min wait to be seen by Dr Petrie and Toya. Additionally, Toya and Dr Petrie treated me with great skill and efficiency. They both are very compassionate and listen well to concerns. I was very pleased with my visit because of them! Every time I have used this facility I have had great experiences! Fast service for all my appointments and even Urgent care!! Every receptionist, nurse and Doctor have been friendly, kind and have sorted out whatever brought me to the clinic!
