I went to Emergency for my first time on a Sunday. Everybody was Very Friendly, Knowledgable, and Professional. Dr Decker was super great and took care of my problem. I will definitely use this facility in the future when required. Dale Kuhlman
An absolute joke of a facility. Dr M. Decker has horrible bedside manner and honestly shouldn't be allowed to consider himself a doctor. I received a $935 bill for the less than 20 minute visit I had where he lectured me on how antibiotics don't kill viruses and told me to go take some Robitussin. Highly do not recommend going here if you want actual care. For reference, they billed this as a Level 3 ER Visit. It should absolutely be a Level 1 without question. On a Sunday evening, I fell about 10 feet off a ladder. Landed on my left foot and knew immediately I was in trouble. Being new to the area I chose this Froedtert ER because it was close to my home. I was impressed with every aspect of my care. From check in to departure, everyone was concerned with my care. I needed X-rays and a CT. Tech was awesome explaining everything.
