I have used this ER several times (coming up from Racine). Each time I have been treated quickly with quality care and knowledgeable staff. I am grateful for this facility. This facility is a certain Trauma level. When I am beyond that level, I have been advised and transported to Wauwatosa or admitted. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.

I felt cared for the moment I walked in the door. If it were possible to have a pleasant experience at an Emergency Department I had one. I think having Paramedics as part of the care team is brilliant. The nurses and technicians provided me with excellent care.

The wait is horrible here. 3.5 hours in the emergency room is beyond me. It’s so sad and scary now days this is all we have to help us and it seem like the workers are there for $$ and the 8hrs. They don’t care. You ask for an update on the wait and they cannot provide. Then getting in and not being able to be diagnosed is ridiculous after such a long wait. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone not even if they were going for something as simple as a check up or a flu shot.

Very prejudice here my grandmother just left was a patient was treated horribly Nurse Natasha rude she’s a diabetic and they couldn’t provide crackers she asked She was in pain yelling doctor told her stop told her the reason she in pain but didn’t prescribe her anything basically saying deal with it My grandma apologized for being in pain cause how they treated her and looked at her i will be contacting a manager about this rushed her out the door that’s not passion or bed side I hope a survey come to her so it can be compl... read more

Walked right in with no wait time, nice clean facility, taken care of pretty quick and out the door. No complaints here
