I have been using this service for over 10 + years, I have an older model danby portable a/c that I have brought in to clean about every 2-3 years. The portable a/c is now 21 yrs old and still going strong and all I had to do was replace the exhaust hose this year. So yes I'm quite happy with this company and service.
