Don't use FRM Plumbing & Maintenance service!!! They scheduled time to come to my place twice, but their technician always never come without giving any notice. Then, they always have the audacity to reschedule it to the days and times whenever they like on the days that I won't be available at home. They totally don't have any respects for customer's time by not coming on the appointment time without giving any notice at all, and then, they just proceed to reschedule it to whatever time they like, according to their prefere... read more

Terrible service. Completely unprofessional. Set times, kept saying they are running late for 2.5 hours. When I asked to speak to a manager to sort it out they put me on wait for 40 min to prevent me from doing so. Use any other company rather than this one.
I’m here staying at a family member’s house while they are away and the water heater tank was having issues. After reporting the issue, the company was out to the house almost immediately. The techs name was Jonathon. He was extremely professional, kind, and communicative. Thank you for helping take care of the issue so promptly.
