I’m crying every time I do my hair. This is by far the worst experience hair cut and color I have ever had and I’ve done plenty. I thought I would share my story if any new clients were considering this place. Think twice. And this is after sharing my concerns with management who offered a free cut once my hair grows out - I was basically shaved. I asked for my money back because I don’t trust going here again.
