Shannon and staff were helpful both personally and for my business needs!
Bad customer service and experience. We ordered a bed on a Thursday. It wasn’t told to us that they only order once a week (Monday) so we had to wait longer for our bed. A week is what was expected however , after a week went by, we called them to check the status and they were notified that it was out of stock where THEY order from but they didn’t relay that Information to us, which caused an additional two week wait.
