After the storm this summer in Bemidji, we purchased a number of replacement beds. Shannon Westhoff took great care of us and helped make the selections that best suit our needs. Bad customer service and experience. We ordered a bed on a Thursday. It wasn’t told to us that they only order once a week (Monday) so we had to wait longer for our bed. A week is what was expected however , after a week went by, we called them to check the status and they were notified that it was out of stock where THEY order from but they didn’t relay that Information to us, which caused an additional two week wait.
