I have seen a few massage therapists over the years. I know it sounds a little goldilocks but some were too rough, some too light, but Aileen is perfect! She knows when to go deep and work on those stubborn knots and when to be more gentle. I love that she uses different techniques like cupping. I highly recommend her.
