I've been going to frix-jennings clinic for 10 years. I enjoy going there.
They used to be okay, before 2020. But since Covid kicked in, they've been horrible: Hard to get an appt., multiple bills for the same thing, prescriptions that couldn't get filled, because their office(s) couldn't get reached by the pharmacy, misinformation by the staff. Well, they are running a bunch of offices all over West and Central TN. I don't think they can handle them. Awful office management. And the doctors?
