Very disappointed with the service. My groomer was 90 minutes late. Shortly after she arrived, right after she bathed my first dog, the fuses (or something) blew on the van. Hence...another delay. Finally, with the amount I paid I expected that both of my dogs would be bathed and cut as I requested. Instead, they seem to be bathed and MAYBE trimmed. I called them to share my disappointment to which they offered no resolution. After spending $180+ to bathe and groom my two dogs I couldn't be more disappointed in the service ... read more
