Kudos to Dr. Fritz and Dr. Wilson... they have done an amazing job throughout the 10 years they have assisted and cared for my kids oral health. The professionalism, demeanor and overall care that's been extended is top notch and I'm grateful, to have two wonderful leaders, guiding a team that's had such a big impact on so many in our beautiful community. We loved our experience with Fritz & Wilson Orthodontics! From the front desk staff to Dr. Fritz/Dr. Wilson and everyone in between, I always felt like my kids were in good hands. The doctors and orthodontic assistants are very personable and extremely helpful and able to answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend!
This review is solely based on their customer service, NOT their orthodontic work since we don’t have any experience with that. We went in for a consultation for my 7 yo in spring 2025. Everyone we talked to — from the front desk to the orthodontist to the treatment coordinator — was amazing! Everyone was so friendly, kind and patient towards me and my child. Update- Spoke with the staff. They were understanding and already spoke to staff about the situation. Was really happy with how it was handled! We look forward to our next visit. Really love the place usually! Everyone is so kind and the dentists are incredible. But this time it was different. My child got braces on and the tech, who was nice, obviously had a cold. She was constantly sneezing and clearing her nose and throat. Her mask was under her nose and it left us feeling very uncomfortable.
My son (who has high, high anxiety) had a phenomenal experience for his first visit which will set him for success for his next. Thank you to the staff, who go above and beyond, in top notch care. We just recently became new clients but absolutely see why so many are referred here! Definitely recommend.
