5 yrs ago i hired, through a general contractor, fritz stonework to put in a patio with brick pavers. over the next 5 years much of the sand under the patio washed out and the patio began to collapse. i contacted fritz through my contractor and was informed that i had a one yr warranty and they had no responsibility for the problem. i hired a new stoneworker at a cost of $1800 to rebuild the patio. when he removed the pavers there was only mud - no compressed rock which is a standard base for such a patio and no fabric liner... read more
