This company and the customer service is awesome! I'm not in the business and needed a small bit of there product, enough to build one faux tree, about 1/2 yard of concrete if that. I asked where I could buy a small amount as they sold it by the pallet, they ended up shipping me 4 sample bags on there dime. I only wish my vendors were half as nice as these folks. Amazing customer service! I reached out for samples and they went above and beyond! I'm installing a radiant floor on top of an existing slab and they recommended the Super5 for premixed bags like Quickrete, at about a tablespoon per bag to increase the slump and flowability.
