And - I've not even used their product. ...because I don't need to! BUT - I WOULD if my "job" needed it. Homeowner - managing my garage build - slab work being the subject. I was confused about how Fritz-Pak's products would affect or make the job easier - a few emails back/forth - from Cheryl - SUPER quick replies! This company and the customer service is awesome! I'm not in the business and needed a small bit of there product, enough to build one faux tree, about 1/2 yard of concrete if that. I asked where I could buy a small amount as they sold it by the pallet, they ended up shipping me 4 sample bags on there dime. I only wish my vendors were half as nice as these folks.
