Very disappointed with this company, I used them for my business return in 2016. They consistently did not get back with me and forced me to babysit my returns, which as a business owner my time is what is valuable. Additionally, I never received the IRS filing confirmation for my return until they reached out for my business in 2018. My previous film even had to file an extension on the second to last day prior to IRS deadline because this company hadn't filed the completed return.
