At this level.... Fritz Jorg and his office are GREAT! Everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful whenever we called them for help or questions. State Farm as a whole... failed us with homeowners insurance. After 40+ years as loyal clients, we dropped State Farm. We filed a claim for water damage when our pipe froze. The claims adjuster refused to pay the final $14k, which we had to pay to not get sued by the contractor. And to make matters worse, any claim over $50k got us put in the insurance claim database.
