I have been bringing my Mercedes to Jack for a few years now and again today. He is reliable and fair with his pricing. He will contact you before doing any unauthorized repairs and explains them in great detail. Forget about going to the dealership, Jack is your guy.
Honest and competent Mercedes repair! If you are afraid to take your Benz to anyone but the dealer, fear no more. These guys are the real deal! My C240 died and after years of arrogant, expensive "service" from the dealer I had it towed to Fritz and Hans. Jack and his crew were thorough and responsive. They could have charged me for unnecessary service, and instead told me that certain services weren't necessary.
I have been bringing my 320E to Jack for years and he has always exceeded my expectations. Jack explains repairs and costs where they are easy to understand. Thank you for years of excellent service, Judy
