It seems we're post-peak in craft beer and I welcome this... There have been far too many mediocre beer companies that chased the market. Fritz is definitely not one of these. I absolutely LOVE what Fritz is doing. Their commitment to quality and precision in their product is clear even before you take your first sip. My initial visit was when I accidentally stumbled upon them while waiting for my wife to finish a class nearby. They had FOUR different pilsners on the menu!
